One of my passions is filming/producing for television. It really gets my juices flowing and provides me alternative ways to get creative. This particular t.v reel showcases some visuals from the vast work I did with MuchMusic Canada. I had the opportunity to be a part of some pretty cool shoots like behind the scenes for music videos, award shows and documentaries. One of my proudest achievements during this shoot was capturing K-Fed getting dumped by Britney Spears over text messaging. I literally captured the footage as it was happening and these shots we then sold all over the world to various publications.

I had the opportunity to film a behind the scenes look at, 3 Days Graces, Animal I Have become. These shoots normally start very early in the morning and can last all throughout the day and night. This particular segment that I filmed and produced involved a bit where Hanna Simone, MuchMusic VJ, Dean Karr, Director, Adam, lead singer and Rita, stylist provided a little inside information on the treatment of the video and add some humour along the way.
I was lucky enough to be on the red carpet for the MuchMusic Video Awards. My job was filming live, candid moments on the red carpet along with the sound checks leading up to the show and behind stage. I wanted to come up with something original on the red carpet, something no one had ever attempted. The idea came to me where I got pieces of plexiglass and had the stars give the illusion that they were signing my lense. This was quite a hit among the stars including Paris Hilton, Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, Rihanna and many more. This piece shows a raw inside look on the carpet.

I had the opportunity to be a part of a inspirational documentary show for MuchMusic, Music Is My Life. My role was filming on these long and emotional days. We followed around regular teens who had traumatic experiences in their lives and used the power of music to overcome these issues. This particular show chronicled Kat, who was sucked into the dangerous lifestyle of drugs.
