The terms “wedding cinematographer” and “wedding videographer” are often used interchangeably – admittedly, even on UProductions’ own website. However, these words actually have distinct meanings. Whereas a videographer’s role is simply to record the day’s events, generally using limited camera techniques, a cinematographer captures the emotions and atmosphere of a couple’s wedding. Moreover, a cinematographer creates an artistic and compelling film about the bride and groom’s special day, by blending creative shooting with a unique storytelling approach. UProductions prides itself on providing its clients with high caliber wedding cinematography, and believes that Carol and Peter’s same-day-edit is a prime example of this.
Carol and Peter’s wedding was held on July 13, 2014. For the entire week, rain was forecasted, and even on the day of their nuptials, meteorologists predicted thunder storms. Amazingly, save for a brief rain shower in the morning, the day was bright and sunny. Everyone was relieved by the gorgeous weather – most of all, Carol and Peter!
Guests travelled from all over the globe to share this special day with Carol and Peter, many from as far as Egypt. It was a joyous event, enjoyed by more than 400 of the couple’s nearest and dearest. It is worth mentioning that Sam Jahshan, an incredible DJ from Amar Entertainment, played a key role in making Carol and Peter’s reception a success. UProductions has worked with Sam on numerous occasions, and he always keeps the party going well into the night.
We hope you enjoy viewing Carol and Peter’s same-day-edit. Also, keep an eye out for their wedding photography and engagement photos, which we will be posting to this site in the near future.
Congratulations, again, Carol and Peter. We wish you a lifetime of happiness, together!
